Mark was very friendly and helpful. He had our AC up and running in no time. As for pricing, I'm not familiar enough with the avgerage cost of the parts he replaced or the avgerage price for HVAC labor to make a price comparison. However, given the speed of their response, their helpfulness, and the courtesy of the people, I feel we received a good value. I will not hesitate to call them again for service.

I'm very thankful to Ragsdale, especially Holly and Michael, for the excellent service provided on Sunday, July 31, 2016. My new Carrier air conditioner begin blowing out hot air. We were all concerned because the weather was in the mid nineties. In our home is a 68 year old senior with blood pressure challenges, a four month old baby and a three year old toddler. Although the thermostat was set at 79, the temperature quickly jumped to 83. I called Holly and explained the situation. She immediately arranged to have Michael come to our rescue. Shortly after calling Holly a storm with heavy rain, thunder and lightning. I called Holly back to say I was concerned about the safety of the person coming. She said be was on his way and would wait out the storm before starting. Micheal arrive within in minutes as the storm stopped. He quickly analyzed the problem and the air was cool again. We all so very grateful for the service we received and want to say thank for Michael and Holly going the extra mile to ensure our safety even during stormy weather.
